1. Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after 30 days from confirmed delivery may not be eligible for return.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unworn
- Item must be unwashed
- Item must be unused
- Original tags must be attached
- Item must be free of stains, odors (including smoke or fragrance), pet hair, or damage
All returned merchandise is subject to inspection. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these standards.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom, limited-edition, or made-to-order products
- Items marked “non-returnable”
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the requested replacement item or size is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. We cannot guarantee availability of replacement sizes.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item was defective
- The incorrect item was shipped
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. AMI Dise is not responsible for lost or misdirected return shipments.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact Customer Service within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Photos of the item
- Description of the issue
We will determine, at our discretion, whether to issue a replacement, store credit, or refund.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow:
- 5–10 business days for processing after receipt and inspection
- Additional time depending on your financial institution
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Sizing Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for reviewing the sizing chart before purchase. We are not responsible for fit issues where accurate sizing information was provided.
9. Fraud Prevention & Abuse
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse returns suspected of abuse
- Deny excessive or patterned return activity
- Limit service to customers who violate this policy
